1 SELLER:
The Artist, trade name of Le Bateau bvba, has its registered office at Koningsstraat 75, box 202 at 8400 Ostend and is registered under number 0878.140.802. The operating address is located at 9030 Gent, Wijmenstraat 21M.
2. APPLICATION:
Each order counts as acceptance by the buyer of our general terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement.
3. SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped in 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. We are not liable for delays in execution / shipping or for non-execution of our commitments due to events beyond our normal control. These events cannot give rise to cancellation of the purchase or payment of compensation in favor of the buyer. In case we cannot make the delivery, the paid amounts will be refunded to the buyer without interest or any other form of compensation. Our prices stated on the website do not include delivery costs. This cost is stated separately in the ordering process. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. Any additional costs as a result are at the expense of the buyer.
4.RETURN:
In the context of distance selling to consumers falling within the scope of the law of 06/04/2010, the consumer gives the right to refrain from delivery without penalty and giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery. his purchase. 5. REFUND:
Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is accepted, you will receive the purchase amount (excluding the shipping costs paid on your order) in your bank account within 30 days after you have been notified that your return has been accepted.

We accept the following secure online payment methods: Bancontact, paypal, payconicq and bank transfers. When ordering online, payment in advance is a requirement for shipping the goods.
7 FORCE MAJEURE:
Any circumstance beyond our will and control that prevents the fulfillment of our obligations in whole or in part is force majeure. You must inform The Artist within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by email at welcome@theartist.be if the products do not comply with what has been ordered or if they are damaged, so that The Artist.be can safeguard its rights against the sender.
