All orders are processed in 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped or deliverd on weekend or holidays.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
If you ar not interely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you. You have 14 calender days to return an item from the day you received it.Your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Your return includes proof of purchase. send us an email ( welcome@theartist.be) with your demand. You'll receive further information to return your whole or part of pruchase. Notice that the cost of return is at your expense.
REFUND:
After receiving your package, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If you return is accepted, you will receive your purchase amount ( without the original shipping cost) on your bancaccount.
